What is the theme of the Workshop?
Successful teams share similar attributes that help them to operate as a high performing team that focuses on results while maintaining a healthy culture. Understanding these attributes, and assessing how your team scores themselves on these attributes will create an opportunity to develop those attributes that could be the difference between survival and success, activity vs progress and good performance vs overachievement.
What is achieved in the Workshop?
The half day workshop is not trying to rectify each attribute, but it merely helps a team understand what high performance behaviour looks like, and what the nature of habits, attitudes, and structures are in teams to make teams operate at their best. At the end of the workshop, the team gets an opportunity to complete an assessment questionnaire and a report will be compiled for the team to assess to what extent each attribute is manifesting in the team.
Some attributes will be more well know than others, but the workshop will give you an opportunity to discuss and check all attributes nd whether an attribute is one you have mastered or whether it is one you would like to further develop.
